Welcome to Prairie Sunshine Yoga Studio!
Our studio is dedicated to bringing the mental, physical, and emotional
benefits of yoga to everyone. We strive to provide a
warm and inviting atmosphere to relax, rejuvenate, and unwind the mind, body,
and spirit. We are located in the Station Square Shopping Center on
the corner of Harris Rd. and Rt. 137 (just west of US-45).
Alla teaches a free yoga class at the Cancer Wellness
Center North, every Tuesday at 5:30pm:
